6 Mar 2008 - 25 Shot Challenge Winners!

  After winning the 25 Shot Challenge, the junior group were invited to a day out at the All England Championships. The day started off with some coaching in the community hall along side where many of the players involved in the tournament. Lin Dan was practising & many of the juniors managed to get his autograph.

  George & Ryan (left) get to grips with the game whilst the coach calls out the instructions. He will ask them to touch various parts of the body such as "touch your shoulders" until the command to "touch the shuttle" is given & the first to grab the shuttle wins.

After the coaching, came the tour of the venue - a chance to see behind the scenes & the VIP boxes.

There was then a great opportunity to see the rest of the games being played; including Clark & Kellogg making the quarter finals in the mixed.
